Met with John in early 2022 when he came out to my house.  He was able to walk me through the different options that could be available.  This was a huge step above the previous company we spoke to who wouldn't send anyone out, which was odd considering the amount of money being spent. I later learned there are businesses that well sell the pool, but don't have an installer per se. Pool Wizards is not that. Once June rolled around construction began quickly and by the end of July we had our pool installed, running, and backfilled. Keep in mind weather will affect the install timeline.  Later this year John came over, closed the pool and everything was done as agreed to and with no hidden costs. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a pool installed.

We just completed a landscape, pool and hot tub project. Pool Wizards Services was hands down the most professional and reliable group I worked with. Every question was answered clearly and immediately. Jason came to the house to provide thorough education after the install. I will be using Pool Wizards in the future.

Pool Wizards did an awesome job installing our pool. We had some major problems with other pool companies and installers & Jason & John at Pool Wizards went out of their way to help us out. They were very professional & actually cared about customer service and the quality of their work. The team of installers are very professional & quick & do the job right the first time. When I had a few issues with equipment that were the fault of a different pool company, Jason & John quickly helped me out and solved the problem so our pool was up & running. Ernesto and his crew were on-site when they said they'd be, were courteous, efficient and professional, and did a great job installing our above-ground pool. We purchased the pool from a different company that would've done the installation, but we're very happy that we chose to use Pool Wizards for this part of the project. We highly recommend this company.

The entire Pool Wizards team has always been there for us answering many questions we've had as a first time pool owners. They do an excellent job of opening & closing our pool every year since they installed it 3 seasons ago. They are prompt in their response and truly care about their customers even long after the pool has been installed.
